Vitamin D and K are both fat-soluble vitamins and must be taken with fats for 100% absorption. Our formula comes ready with premium-grade MCT oil for easy absorption. The liquid formula helps you adjust the dosage as per your needs.

If you are very deficient, take up to half dropper a day for one to two months. For maintenance dosage, 1/4th dropper a day works best.
