Vitamin D and K are both fat-soluble vitamins and must be taken with fats for 100% absorption. Our formula comes ready with premium-grade olive oil and MCT oil for easy absorption. The liquid formula helps you adjust the dosage as per your needs.

If you are very deficient, take up to half dropper a day for one to two months. For maintenance dosage, 1/4th dropper a day works best.
