Clean, simple, pure ingredients....happy to see no unnecessary ingredients are added in the formulation. Also, extra points for adding MCT oil.

Non Medical Grade containers

I ordered a Vitamin D +K2 supplement and the dropper inside the vial melted in the solution within a one week and the supplement started tasting like plastic.
They are not using medical grade equipments or storages. Can not be sure about the supplement now even if it is real.

NIGHTMARE

This has been a nightmare. over two weeks ago, I ordered this online on their website and I still have not received this. The courier, Ship Rocket, refuses to deliver it and expects people to come to another town to go collect it saying he is not in this neighbourhood, but in Chennai. And we are in Auroville. He wants me to go to Pondicherry to pick it up, which I am not willing to do.. There is no way to cancel this order, and there is no refund possible, I am told. What sort of madness is this? I am trying to reach the founder, Smriti Kocher, but I have not received any reply.
There is someone communicating with me on WhatsApp for days now telling me that she cannot make this decision to cancel the order and issue a refund, and this correspondence goes on and on every day.
Also, every day I receive an SMS from the company as well as from the delivery person. The company says it is on the way for delivery, the delivery person messages that delivery was not possible.
And I am not the only one who is having to deal with this.
I was suggested this medication by a very senior dietitian who warned me that she herself had issues with deliveries every time she ordered something from them.
Since this was some medication I was to start immediately, I ordered a similar item on Amazon and received it in three days. Now I tell this company to cancel my order and issue me a refund and they say that is not possible. I am thinking of taking them to Consumer Court.
Ship rocket is known to be doing this, even for other companies that you may order from. Stay away from them if this is the company that may be delivering to you. Not just this item, but from any other company.
