No Returns or Refunds

Please note that due to the nature of our products as Health Supplements, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. This policy ensures product safety, hygiene, and quality for all our customers.

All purchases are final once shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If any product is received damaged (as seen in your unboxing video), we will issue a credit note to you of the same value as the product, to buy it again.

To be eligible for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving the order.

  • Unboxing video is a must to claim the credit note or get the product replaced.

  • Include your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Please note: Claims without an unboxing video will not be eligible for a replacement.
