Recommended Use

- Saturate a soft cotton cloth with castor oil.
- Place the cloth over the upper right abdomen, beneath the rib cage.
- Apply a heating pad or hot water bottle over the pack.
- Relax for 45–60 minutes or sleep with the pack on.
- Repeat 3–4 times weekly or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.
