Ingredients:

  • Black wheat flour (contains less than 2 parts per million gluten)
  • Buck Wheat Flour
  • Pearl Millet Flour

 

Directions for Use: 

Take luke warm to knead the dough. Please remember this flour blend may take more water and more kneading than normal wheat flour. After making a soft dough, keep it aside for 10 minutes before rolling into breads or rotis. 

Note:

  • Our gluten free flour contains less than 2 parts per million of gluten, which is very, very negligible and makes it safe for those who are on an anti-inflammatory diet.
